Is Freemasonry Christian?
Is Freemasonry Christian or is it something else? Either it is Christian or it is not. The Bible says that whatever is not offered to the true God is offered to demons. According to Scripture, there are only two dimensions to the spirit world; God’s kingdom of eternal life and light, and Satan’s kingdom of eternal damnation and darkness. So where does Freemasonry fit into this? Can we identify which kingdom it belongs to based on it’s teachings? We certainly can.
Freemasonry and Christianity are Incompatible
Based on research and revelations of it’s own authors and source documents, we must conclude that Freemasonry is part of what the Bible describes as Mystery Religion or Mystery Babylon. Mystery Babylon is the antithesis of Christianity. Mystery religions can be regarded as alternative “spiritual paths” that offer one or other form of “salvation”. In the case of secret societies such as Freemasonry, the offer is far more seductive. It is nothing less than the promise that through what is alleged to be secret spiritual knowledge, those who have been indoctrinated into such societies, can become gods. Based on the fact that Freemasonry offers and alternative form of “salvation” it can therefore not be regarded as Christian. According to the Bible, salvation comes only through Jesus Christ who is described as The Way, The Truth, and The Life. (John 14:6). There is only one way that leads to eternal life and that is through Jesus Christ alone.
Men Cannot Become Gods as Taught in Freemasonry
The promise that men can become God’s goes all the way back to the Garden of Eden when Satan tempted Adam and Eve with the same deceptive lie – the promise that they too could become “god’s” once their minds were opened to this “truth”. This age old Satanic deception is based on another lie – that there is more than one God. The false premise is that there are in fact many “gods” because men can allegedly become “gods”. But according to the Bible, there is only one true God Jehovah.
